On July 18, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he was still waiting for petitioner George Thomas to sign a stipulation of settled issues. On August 1, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties, who were slated to continue their discussions. We will ask the Commissioner to provide a report as to the outcome of his conversations with petitioner. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 11, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a status report regarding the parties' discussions.
