On March 1, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Extend Time Within Which to File Respondent's Opening Brief (Doc. 60). Petitioner does not object to respondent's request for an extension of time. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Extend Time Within Which to File Respondent's Opening Brief filed March 1, 2023, is granted in that the time within which respondent shall file his Opening Seriatim Brief is extended from March 15, 2023, to May 5, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2023, petitioner shall file her Answering Seriatim Brief. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 4, 2023, respondent shall file his Reply Seriatim Brief. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 5, 2023, petitioner shall file her Sur-Reply Seriatim Brief.
