ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On February 10, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all issues in this case. The Commissioner further reported that he is waiting for petitioner George Thomas to return a signed copy of the proposed settlement stipulation and that the Commissioner intends to file a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution as to petitioner Tonya Thomas, Deceased, after receiving the signed settlement stipulation. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, the parties shall file a joint stipulation of settlement or a joint status report. If a stipulation of settlement is filed, then the Commissioner may file an appropriate motion to as to petitioner Tonya Thomas, Deceased.
