ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is currently set for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, trial session, which begins on September 12, 2022. On August 22, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance requesting that we remove the case from the Court's September 12, 2022, trial calendar. On due consideration, we will grant the motion. It is therefore

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session and restored to the general docket.
