This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On April 13, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with petitioner, Cherukara Phillip Thomas, petitioners' tax return preparer, and counsel for respondent. During that conference call, petitioner, Mr. Thomas, requested a continuance of this case, to which respondent did not object.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Knoxville, Tennessee, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
