This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial.

On March 21, 2022, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision resolving this case. However, that stipulation and decision were incorrectly scanned and filed with the Court's electronic filing system. On March 28, 2022, the parties correctly filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. Accordingly, the Court will strike the incorrectly scanned settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision each filed by the parties on March 21, 2022.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' settlement stipulation filed March 21, 2022, at Docket Index No. 15, is hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision filed March 21, 2022, at Docket Index No. 16, is hereby stricken from the record. 1
