On January 24, 2022, petitioner filed a petition to commence the case at Docket No. 3215-22, seeking review with respect to a notice of deficiency and a notice of determination concerning collection action for his 2018-2021 tax years. On March 8, 2022, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case, also seeking review with respect to a notice of deficiency and a notice of determination concerning collection action for his 2018-2021 tax years. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioner's case at Docket No. 3215-22.
