ERICK C. THOMAS, Appellant v. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Appellee

On Appeal from the 14th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-00128

ORDER

The reporter's record is past due. The court reporter informed the Court that appellant had not requested preparation of the reporter's record. In a letter dated December 16, 2015, the Court instructed appellant to provide, within ten days, written verification that he has requested preparation of the reporter's record and has paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee or been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that failure to provide the required documentation within the time specified may result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. As of today's date, appellant has not filed a response. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record.

Appellant's brief is due WITHIN THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
