Aaron W. Smith, Columbia, for Appellants.

Ronald G. Sparlin, Joplin, for Respondent.

Division Two: W. Douglas Thomson, Presiding Judge, Lisa White Hardwick, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Appellants Sarah Channel (Fretwell) and Lauren Channel's father died in 2011 while working for Respondent Cintas Corporation. Appellants filed a claim for compensation with the Division of Workers’ Compensation seeking death benefits as his dependents. After conducting a hearing, an Administrative Law Judge found that the death of Appellants’ father was an accident arising out of his employment and awarded burial expenses but found Appellants had not established that they were dependents entitled to weekly death benefit payments. Appellants filed an application for review with the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, which was dismissed. This appeal followed. We affirm the order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission dismissing Appellants’ application for review. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
