Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Philip S. Straniere, J.), entered February 20, 2007. The order, insofar as appealed from, upon, in effect, granting defendant's motion to reargue its prior motion for summary judgment, denied defendant's motion for summary judgment.

Appeal dismissed.

This court takes judicial notice that judgment was entered in this matter on January 11, 2008 ( see Matter of Khatibi v Weill, 8 AD3d 485). The right of direct appeal from the intermediate order denying defendant's motion for summary judgmentterminated with the entry of judgment ( see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248;

J. Sackaris Sons, Inc. v Terra Firma Constr. Mgt. Gen. Contr., LLC, 14 AD3d 538).
