MEMORANDUM Opinion

We received a letter from Appellant's counsel indicating that the case had been settled and that the appeal should be dismissed.

Based upon the letter, it appears the issues in this appeal are moot.

The Clerk advised the parties in writing that unless a party to the appeal showed cause, within 14 days, why the appeal should not be dismissed, the appeal would be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

Fourteen days have passed, and we have not received a response from either party.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3 (a), (c).
