ORDER

PETER J. PANUTHOS SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

By Notice dated May 29, 2024, this case is calendared for trial during the Court's October 28, 2024 New York City, New York trial session. On July 19, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, representing therein that petitioner does not object to the granting of the Motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed July 19, 2024, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at which time any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than October 4, 2024, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether all third parties have complied with the subpoenas and if a hearing is no longer necessary. Special Trial Judge Zachary S. Fried will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
