Appeals from the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of New York. Separate libels by the W.E. Hedger Transportation Corporation and M.J. Tracy, Inc., against the Cornell Steamboat Company and its tugs "Rob" and "John D. Schoonmaker", the libels being consolidated for trial. From final decrees adverse to the libellants, 32 F.
