The clerk's record was filed June 4, 2024. Our review has determined that a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain "Plaintiff's Conditional Request for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law" filed February 13, 2023 and the "Order Denying Request for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law" signed February 14, 2023. These items were filed in Trial Court Cause No. 2022-32594.
The Harris County Clerk for the 11th District Court is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before October 1, 2024, containing the above-mentioned items.
If the omitted item is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the omitted item is not a part of the case file.
