Joint motion for reversal and remand pursuant to parties' settlement and to expedite issuance of mandate granted as follows:
Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 56.3, without considering the merits, the Court grants the petition for review, reverses the judgment of the court of appeals, and remands the case to that court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement.
