The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the referee. In addition, respondent shall send a letter of apology to the presiding judge in the guardianship case within thirty days of this order.

Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report and the consent judgment, prior to petitioning for reinstatement.

The Florida Bar has waived taxable costs, therefore, each party shall bear its own costs.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
