The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent is suspended from the practice of law for ninety-one days. Respondent's motion for extension of the close out period is granted and the suspension shall be effective October 31, 2008. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed until he is reinstated.

The probationary periods in Florida Bar v. Sawyer, 823 So. 2d 127 (Fla. 2002), and Florida Bar v. Sawyer, 906 So. 2d 1061 (Fla. 2005), are hereby terminated.

Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report and the consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from John Robert Sawyer in the amount of $1,507.32, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.
