The Florida Bar having filed a notice of voluntary dismissal, it is ordered that the Petition Against the Unlicensed Practice of Law is hereby voluntarily dismissed without prejudice solely as to We the People of Sarasota, Inc.

The Florida Bar's Motions to Approve Stipulations and amendment thereto, as to We the People USA, Inc., Julie Marie Jefferson, and Ira Distenfield are granted, and the Stipulations for Permanent Injunction are approved. Respondents, We the People USA, Inc., Julie Marie Jefferson, and Ira Distenfield and any employees or persons acting in concert with respondents are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the stipulations.

Further, Julie Marie Jefferson is assessed a $500.00 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court within thirty days of the date of this order.

Julie Marie Jefferson shall pay restitution in the amount of $49.75 to Mr. William Warner and in the amount of $24.75 to Mr. Joseph J. Morgese under the terms and conditions set forth in the stipulation. Julie Marie Jefferson shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing the complainant to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

Ira Distenfield shall pay restitution in the amount of $149.25 to Mr. William Warner and in the amount of $74.25 to Mr. Joseph J. Morgese under the terms and conditions set forth in the stipulation. Ira Distenfield shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing the complainant to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from We the People USA, Inc. in the amount of $286.59, for which sum let execution issue.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Julie Marie Jefferson in the amount of $286.59, for which sum let execution issue.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Ira Distenfield in the amount of $286.59, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
