Upon consideration of respondent's "Motion to Re-open Florida Supreme Court Case No. 80,344, and Motion for Independent Action to Set Aside Disbarment of Respondent Based on Extrinsic Fraud Upon the Supreme Court of Florida, Extrinsic Fraud Upon the Respondent, Fraudulent Concealment of Material Evidence and Obstruction of Justice," filed in the above-styled cause on May 23, 2007, and all supplements thereto, it is ordered that the motion is hereby denied.

Upon consideration of respondent's motion for the Court to initiate civil and criminal investigations against The Florida Bar and other individuals and entities, the motion is denied as to The Florida Bar and dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to the remaining individuals and entities.

Respondent's notices of filing, filed in the above-styled cause on December 4, 2007, are hereby stricken as unauthorized.

All subsequent motions filed by the parties in the above-styled cause are hereby denied as moot.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CASE NO. SC80344 AND THE ABOVESTYLED CASE ARE FINAL IN THIS COURT AND NO FURTHER PLEADINGS MAY BE FILED. ANY FURTHER FILINGS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO AND WILL BE PLACED IN A MISCELLANEOUS FILE.
