This is before the Court on The Florida Bar's Petition Against the Unlicensed Practice of Law.

The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondent and respondent having failed to file a response to said Order to Show Cause.

IT IS ORDERED that respondents, Josefina Calderon, individually and d/b/a JC Consultores Laborales, Inc. are permanently enjoined and restrained from engaging in the acts complained of and from otherwise engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida.

Josefina Calderon is assessed a $1,000.00 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court within sixty days after service of this order.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Josefina Calderon in the amount of $272.56, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
