The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondent and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondent are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the report and the stipulation.

Nubia Agudelo shall pay restitution in the amount of $6,000.00 to Yolanda Sanabria under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the stipulation. Nubia Agudelo shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing the petitioner to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

In the event respondent fails to timely make any of the scheduled restitution payments, respondent shall be assessed a $1,000.00 monetary penalty under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the stipulation, and pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Said monetary penalty shall be paid directly to this Court within thirty days after respondent has failed to make any scheduled restitution payment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Nubia Agudelo in the amount of $884.72, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
