The "Amended Petition for Approval of Conditional Agreement for Diversion to a Practice and Professionalism Enhancement Program" is approved and respondent's disciplinary case is diverted to a practice and professionalism enhancement program pursuant to Rule 3-5.3 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, under the terms stated in the conditional agreement.
