Upon consideration of the Report of Referee and the briefs filed in this case, the Court approves the referee's findings of fact and recommendation of not guilty as to all violations charged. Accordingly, Respondent is found not guilty of the alleged misconduct. This case is hereby dismissed. Respondent's request for oral argument is denied. Each party shall bear its own costs.
