THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. TOBIAS LASSETER PARDUE Respondent(s)


Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2022-10,612 (6E)(HDS).

The "Stipulated Petition for Placement on the Inactive List for Incapacity not Related to Misconduct" filed in the above cause by the parties is granted and Tobias Lasseter Pardue is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Placement on the inactive list is effective immediately. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(h).

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of placement on the inactive list.
