THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. SHAUNA FRANCES MORRIS Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2022-10, 111 (6B) (OSC)

On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, this Court held Respondent Shauna Frances Morris in contempt of court for failing to respond to an official Bar inquiry. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended her from the practice of law until she fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry and until further order of this Court. On February 23, 2022, this Court received a "Notice of Respondent's Compliance with this Court's Order Dated October 27, 2021" from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that Respondent has now fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Having complied with the Court's order, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC21-1283 and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.

CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.
