The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondents, and respondents having failed to file a response to said Order to Show Cause, IT IS ORDERED that respondents, Dwhight Molina a/k/a Dwhight Isai Molina Vivas, Dwhight Jose Molina, and Residencia Permanente USA Corp d/b/a Dwhight Molina Consulting Group, an inactive Florida corporation, are permanently enjoined and restrained from engaging in the acts complained of and from otherwise engaging in the unlicensed practice of law in the State of Florida.

Judgment is entered for Jose Gregorio Colina for restitution from Dwhight Molina a/k/a Dwhight Isai Molina Vivas, Dwhight Jose Molina, and Residencia Permanente USA Corp d/b/a Dwhight Molina Consulting Group, an inactive Florida corporation in the amount of $1,500.00, for which sum let execution issue. Judgment is also entered for Yerika Ventrella Delgado for restitution from Dwhight Molina a/k/a Dwhight Isai Molina Vivas, Dwhight Jose Molina, and Residencia Permanente USA Corp d/b/a Dwhight Molina Consulting Group, an inactive Florida corporation in the amount of $8,108.00, for which sum let execution issue. Respondents shall pay the restitution under the terms and conditions set forth in the petition. Respondents shall send the restitution payments to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar, made payable to the named individuals. Restitution shall be made within 30 days of this order. Restitution payments shall be made before payment of costs. The Florida Bar may initiate contempt proceedings or collection actions in accordance with the applicable rules for failure to pay restitution. The Florida Bar shall provide the complainant(s) with a copy of this order. Nothing in this order shall preclude the complainant(s) from seeking further relief through civil proceedings.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Dwhight Molina a/k/a Dwhight Isai Molina Vivas, Dwhight Jose Molina, and Residencia Permanente USA Corp d/b/a Dwhight Molina Consulting Group, an inactive Florida corporation in the amount of $1,285.22, for which sum let execution issue.
