The Florida Bar v. Andrew John Manie


Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2024-30,774 (9B) CRE

The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Andrew John Manie is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Andrew John Manie is further placed on probation for four years under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Andrew John Manie in the amount of $2,651.72, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
