The Florida Bar, Petitioner(s) v. Brandon Lee Kolb, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2024-10,215 (6E)(OSC)

By order dated December 14, 2023, the Court held Respondent, Brandon Lee Kolb, in contempt of court for his failure to fully respond in writing to an inquiry from the Bar. Fla. Bar v. Kolb, No. SC2023-1475 (Fla. Dec. 14, 2023). The Court suspended Kolb from the practice of law until he fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry and until further order of this Court. On January 26, 2024, the Court received "The Florida Bar's Notice of Respondent's Compliance with this Court's Order Dated December 14, 2023," notifying this Court that Kolb has now fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Having complied with this Court's order, Kolb is no longer suspended from the practice of law in case number SC2023-1475. He is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.

Respondent's amended motion filed with the Court on March 18, 2024, is denied as moot.
