THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. DON GONZALEZ Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2021-50, 508(17B)OSC

On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, this Court held Respondent Don Gonzalez in contempt of court for failure to fully respond in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry and until further order of this Court. On August 20, 2021, this Court received a "Notice of Respondent's Compliance with This Court's Order Dated June 30, 2021" from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that Respondent has now fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Having complied with this Court's order, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC21-752 and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately. Respondent's "Notice of Compliance and Motion to Dissolve Suspension" is hereby denied as moot.

CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.
