THE FLORIDA BAR v. ALBERT ELSWORTH FORD II


Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2022-30,456 (9B) (CRE)

The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Albert Elsworth Ford II is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

As a condition of reinstatement, petitioner will extend his rehabilitation contract with Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc. for a period of three years under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Albert Elsworth Ford II in the amount of $2,232.72, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
