Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Allen, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court denied the defendants' motion to open the judgment and extend the law days, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
