ORDER

On this 7th day of May, 2002, it appears that:

(1) Plaintiff filed a complaint in the above captioned matter against multiple defendants. After a review of the complaint, it appears that it is an action to quiet title to real estate in New Castle County, Delaware.

(2) The Court of Chancery, not the Superior Court, has jurisdiction over this claim.¹

This case is removed from Superior Court and transferred to the Court of Chancery.²
