Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Robert E. Antonacci, II, J.), entered July 5, 2022. The order, among other things, denied the motion of defendant for an order directing the issuance of a partial satisfaction of judgment.
It is hereby ORDERED that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
