This consolidated case is calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On February 25, 2022, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment and a memorandum in support of motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19632-19, 19633-19, 19634-19 and 19635-19. On the same day, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment and a memorandum in support of motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and two of the other four consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19632-19 and 19633-19. On March 2, 2022, the Court issued an order directing petitioners to file on or before March 30, 2022, a separate response to each of respondent's motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19632-19, 19633-19, 19634-19 and 19635-19 and respondent's motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and two of the other four consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19632-19 and 19633-19.

On March 22, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for extension of time, requesting therein additional time to file each of petitioners' responses to respondent's pending motions for partial summary judgment each filed February 25, 2022. Additionally, petitioners represented that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioners' motion for extension of time.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for extension of time filed March 22, 2022, is granted and the time within which petitioners shall file a separate response to each of respondent's motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and the four other consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19632-19, 19633-19, 19634-19 and 19635-19 and respondent's motion for partial summary judgment with respect to this consolidated case and two of the other four consolidated cases at docket Nos. 19632-19 and 19633-19, is extended to and including April 29, 2022. 1
