Ullah having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, for reversal of that order, for a dismissal of the complaints, and for poor person relief (M-2022-04545), And plaintiff-respondent having cross-moved for a protective order enjoining defendant-appellant from serving or filing any further motions requesting a stay in proceedings, poor person relief, or for other relief in this action (M-2022-04892), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
