THE CHRISTEN GROUP, INC., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On March 31, 2022, attorney Christen Erika Johnson filed a First Request for Admissions and a Memorandum in Support of First Request for Admissions. Ms. Johnson's filings actually consist of an application for admission to practice before this Court and a copy of her certificate of good standing from the District of Columbia bar. An application for admission to practice before this Court is not properly submitted in this manner. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced First Request for Admissions and Memorandum in Support of First Request for Admissions are stricken from the Court's record in this case.

Petitioner is advised to review Rule 60, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, as well as "Guidance for Petitioners" and "Guidance for Practitioners" under "Rules & Guidance" on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov.
