ORDER

On September 6, 2024, petitioner's counsel, Nancy A. Rossner, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioner's counsel represents in that Motion motion that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 1, 2024, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion. Failure to object may result in the granting of the motion. The Court will take appropriate action after the period for objection. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's address in the Court's record to the address listed for petitioner in the above-referenced Motion. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Order on petitioner at petitioner's address in the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the above-referenced motion, respondent shall serve a copy of any filings on petitioner at petitioner's address in the Court's record.
