The issues in this suit are the same as those in United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company v. Hyams et al., 238 So.2d 750, a companion appeal rendered by us this date. For the reasons stated in the companion appeal, we affirm the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, at the plaintiff-appellant's cost.

Affirmed.
