It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant is granted on condition that the respondent-appellant: (1) perfects her appeal on or before the May 2023 term, the filing deadline for which is March 8, 2023; and (2) pays landlord-respondent accruing use and occupancy in the amount previously paid by the deceased tenant of record, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice.
In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
