ORDER


This matter comes before the Court on the Compromise Settlement and Mutual Release as submitted jointly by the Plaintiff and Third-Party Defendant, and the Defendant United of Omaha Life Insurance Company having filed its Motion to Dismiss, upon consideration of these matters, it is hereby ORDERED:

1. Defendant United of Omaha Life Insurance Company's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.

2. The Plaintiff Cassandra D. Thames and Third-Party Defendant Minnie C. Goodwin's Compromise Settlement and Mutual Release is ratified, and the Clerk of the Court is ordered to distribute to Plaintiff Cassandra D. Thames and her attorney Michael J. Harbin the sum of $4,151.27, and to Third-Party Defendant Minnie C. Goodwin and her counsel Thomas R. Boller the sum of $2,072.52, the total of these two sums representing that amount paid into the Court by Defendant United of Omaha Life Insurance Company.

3. Any unpaid costs are taxed to Defendant United of Omaha Life Insurance Company.
