MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties' May 22, 2003 "amended agreed motion to dismiss the appeal, vacate the judgment of the county criminal court, and dismiss the case in its entirety" is GRANTED. The May 8, 2002 final judgment of the trial court is VACATED, without reference to the merits, and this case is DISMISSED with prejudice. It is ORDERED that each party bear his or its own costs of appeal.
