Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; I. L. Harris, Judge.

Action by the Texas Company against the Bank of America National Trust & Savings Association, Victor Olcese, and others, as administrators of the estate of L. V. Olcese, also known as Louis Virgin Olcese, deceased, in which Emelia G. Olcese and others intervened. From a judgment for plaintiff, the first named defendant appeals.

Affirmed.
