This appeal has been transferred to this Court from the Fourth District Court of Appeals at San Antonio. On January 22, 2024 appellants filed in the San Antonio Court of Appeals an unopposed motion for an extension of time to file their opening brief. In ruling on the motion, the San Antonio Court of Appeals inadvertently granted appellee an extension of time. To clarify matters, we GRANT appellants' motion and extend the deadline for their opening brief to February 28, 2024.
