We previously granted the parties' agreed motion to abate this appeal to effectuate a proposed settlement agreement. The parties have now filed an agreed motion to dismiss this appeal, indicating that they have fully compromised and settled all issues in dispute. We reinstate the appeal on our docket, grant the agreed motion to dismiss, and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a), 43.2(f); Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner, & Smith, Inc. v. Hughes, 827 S.W.2d 859, 859 (Tex. 1992). Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d).
