On March 11, 2024, Mark Thiessen of Thiessen Law Firm filed a Motion for Leave to Withdraw stating that Appellee Reynaldo Ignacio Flores retained Tonya Rolland to represent him on appeal. On the same date, Tonya Rolland filed an Amended Motion for Substitution of Counsel. Both Motions are granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(b), (d).
The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Mark Thiessen of Thiessen Law Firm as counsel for Appellant and the substitution of Tonya Rolland as lead counsel for Appellee on the docket of this Court.
It is so ORDERED.
