TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGING AND DISABILITY SERVICES DBA SAN ANTONIO STATE SUPPORTED LIVING CENTER, Appellant v. Adrian COMER, Appellee

From the 438th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2016CI12399
Honorable Rosie Alvarado, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On May 9, 2017, noting that the clerk's record did not contain an order from the trial court denying the appellant's plea to the jurisdiction, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. On May 16, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing the trial court's May 9, 2017 order denying appellant's plea to the jurisdiction. We therefore retain this appeal on the docket of the Court and reinstate appellate deadlines. We ORDER appellant to file its brief on or before June 8, 2017.

Karen Angelini, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 19th day of May, 2017.
