PER CURIAM.
The clerk's record was filed with the Third Court of Appeals on October 23, 2024, and upon further review, the Order Granting Plaintiffs' Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Expenses does not indicate the date it was signed.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS the Honorable Maria Cantu Hexsel, Judge for the 201st District Court of Travis County, Texas, to enter a corrected order including the date. The corrected order shall be filed with the District Clerk of Travis County, Texas, and the District Clerk shall prepare a supplemental clerk's record which will include the corrected order and file it with this Court on or before November 3, 2024.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
