DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 12, 2012, and an order of the same court entered February 21, 2013, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered July 3, 2012, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the orders, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
