This is a petition for writ of habeas corpus, filed February 22d 1913, wherein it is alleged that petitioners M.E. Terry and Clarence Searcey are restrained of their liberty and axe unlawfully imprisoned by John C. Lewis, sheriff of Grady county.

On consideration the application presented in open court this 22nd day of February, the writ is denied.
