This is an accelerated appeal from an extension of court-ordered mental health services. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 2, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and Darline Labar King, Official Court Reporter for the 363rd Judicial District Court, to file their respective records no later than November 7, 2024. See TEX. R. APP. P. 2 (appellate court may order different procedure to expedite a decision).

We further ORDER appellant to file his brief within fifteen days after the appellate record is complete, and for the State to file its brief within fifteen days of the filing of appellant's brief. See id. Because this is an accelerated appeal, extension requests will be disfavored.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Felicia Pitre, Ms. King, and the parties.
